I plan on doing most of the work myself, I might pay someone to cut and weld the new panel in but am pretty keen to do it myself. There is only one place in Weipa that does it and they want around $9000 for complete job with tray. I thought $400 sounded a bit rich, I know mates that got mod plates ...

Hi All,
I have plans to convert my GQ wagon into a dual cab. How much have people paid to get the mod plate. Have only spoken to one place so far and they want nearly $400, is this the going rate?
