I sold the ariel so all my problems are solve! Now just have to find a new one! Also for anyone looking at buying a new ariel. The DB gain rating is now taken from the middle of your roof! So the 6.6 db gain is actually a 4.5 db gain once on your bull bar! Just so you are all aware of this change. 6 ...

Ive run these in my rig! No dramas at all. great on and off the road! Only drama. getting the right leagth as some seem to be selling quicker then others! Apart from that a awesome shock! My mate has had them on his leaf sprung buggy now for over 5 years and still going strong!

I wanted to keep away from drop boxes though. Just dont want something hanging down 6inch on my chassis rail. I thought the super flex arms to suit the lift were droped enough to eliminate all binding on the bushes??

Thanks for the replys guys! all will be taken into consideration when doing the set up! If i go with drop outs i will be running coil retainers as well! TJM75b do you run just the rear sway bar in with extended links?

Thanks steve! i dont really plan on running them! I was just curious becuase in some of the big lift cruisers to get the front to flex properly they run swaybars in the back! Well im not running any load bearing springs in it! And as for the scrubbing on the the chassis! I already have that problem so i just put up with it! Anyway thanks for the comments fellas! If i put them on i will post up some pictures!

Go with the super flex arms! I believe they are the best on the market without doing major modding to vehical! Also a X-link would be a oppion if you didnt mind weilding on the diff! But x-link are floaty on the road! i have been told!

And rear main (rear crank) seal if possible while the flywheel is off getting machined. A good idea but not always the way to go! If the rear main is not leaking then do not touch it! There is always a possiblity the new seal will leak! So dont change it if you dont have too! And Buddah said ...

mate from what i know your comparing apples with oranges there! The superflex arms dont work the same as radius arms! You should be comparing the likes of 2dextreme drop arms with superior drop arms and snake drop arms! The super flex arms will out flex the lot but they have the price tag to come ...

the rear leaves are over all 65mm longer. 50mm in the back and 15 in the front! im only running a camber of 2inch over standard standard camber but once in the came back down a inch. The arse flexes ok but nothing brillant! im just tossing around some ideas to try get it to work better!
