Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Well after owning a pajero for 2 years than going to a pickup, from pickup to patrol, still cant get rid of the pajero feeling :armsup: thats why i sold me patrol and bought a 94 v6 3.O petrol Pajero :armsup: So far its rolling on 35s, winch, snorkel, bullbar, 2 inch lift.

So far i have everything ...

Its been a while since my last post, but im at the point of getting me self a pajero again :D Was looking at a pajero, BUT its name is MONTERO and it has a 2972 cm³ petrol engine in it??? Has anyone heard of these, or any issues with them at all? Oh yeh and its an Automatic.

was looking at the d40 navara as a second because the patrol will be mostly 4x4 stuff, and heard alot from people that it is a good car, and some 4x4 people say not that good due to all the electrical stuff in it... So basically for running around town and maybe a few dirt roads i ...

well been driving the patrol around and its pretty good, one thing i have a hard time getting used to is the power steering, it comes back so slowly, probably becuase of the steering damper, but my question is it good or bad if i take out the damper??? And if i do the power steering should be normal ...

My new Ptrol, 3inch body lift 3 inch suspension lift, winch, spotties, rancho shocks, 2.8 turbo still clean... for now

Will got rid of the navara and bought the patrol. So far as i was driving the car i like it Bit weird after the ute but still its pretty good

Just sold my nissan ute and was looking at a 1999 discovery. Never owned a land rover so dont know much about them, thats why i have a few question about them.

For the discovery is it easy to mod? it has IFS in the front or coils? Offroad capability??? all over good car for normal ...

Cheers for the help so far fellas :D but yes i need to take out the 3inch lift, and yes im guessing it will be stock than but i dont have the orignal leaf springs cause i sold em, and in the front the torsion bars have been taken out and twisted for more hight and also there is a 1 inhc blody lift ...

Cheers for teh replys so far but got the problem fixed there was nothing wrong with the turbo or the engine the airfilter box was loose and it was giving that sound because the screw was loose and touching the body

nah mate, the shroud was cut out all around 3mm so thats not touching it at all, thats what i thought of first but than i took out the hole shroud and without the shroud in, still made that noise when i drove it.

My d22 navara is making a funny noise from the engine bay. It has a 2inch suspension lift and just added 1 inch body lift. When i finised the body lift i had to cut a bit out of the fans plastic plate because it was scrubbing against it. Problem solved :D but now the fan is no where near ...

Well i finally lifted the navara front and rear 3inches :D the front as some of you guys suggested to take out the torsion bars and give them a few turns would do the trick, will it did. I got it up to 3inches exactly, only problem i hade is that i had to get 2 new shockies for the front ...
