If your talking about a Sierra, I grinded 5-7mm off the rear gearbox mount on the chassis. The first time i took my gearbox out i didn't do this and it was quite hard to get back in (but do-able). The second time it was out i cut a little off the mount off and it went up with little problems Cheers ...

check the window surround and under the plastic door sills for rust... also lift the floor mats if it has any and check there too - if he's on the beach with it, and theres rust on the flares (which usually isnt a problem spot) chances are theres hidden rust... thats gonna affect the price a lot ...

Hows it going boys? I've been a member of this forum for a while but never posted due to myself not actually having a 4by, but thats gonna change soon (i hope) On saturday I went down to Stockton dunes with my brother in-law and some of his work mates for a bit of a play on the beach and one of them ...
