I have the same book, and after taking of the drive shaft, i can assure you that unfortunately there is no bolt on the flange...

That's what i thought, but the flanges aren't bolted on.

Is there an easy way to replace front and rear oil seals in an 80 series transfer case without completely dismantling it?

I run 35/10.5/16 silverstone extreme (simex look alike) on my 80 series and i only have a 2 inch lift....
