I started fitting up the box and pump today. the jimny box fits with no mods , and to make room for the vitara pump with vitara mounting bracket i'll have to cut off radiator support bracket from chassis , re weld further foward and straighten out support arm as steve and nik stated,too easy. thanks for the pix, i'm running a trail tough pulley with the standard v belt on the water pump and alternator and the rib belt on the power steer. does the radiator have to be moved to fit the jimny box? if so how did u space it over ?

It looks like it will clear the chassis mount for the radiator support but the actual radiator support arm is definitely in the way. I'm doing a power steer conversion on a sierra, fitting a vitara pump and jimny hydro assist box with a 1.3 engine and standard radiator/ radiator supports. the coily guards onto a wt isn't a problem .coileys have a slightly taller firewall on the body tub. the coily bonnet doesn't drop away at the back edge the way a wt bonnet does, so coily bonnet is taller leaving a gap at the back edge. hinges are too short to meet up with wt bonnet mount on body ...

The coily pinion flanges are the same size as narrow track. The coily is 35mm wider in track than a wide track
