Last comp we took a spare diff .4cvs. Fluids and tyre patches. We had to beg and borrow some leaf springs and a oil filter and oil

Hey Dave. Reading through the roll cage rules I've noticed that a daily driver can not have A pillars .it has to go on confessional rego or something similar . But mine has been approved for about 4 years can I still drive it every day as it was done under the old rules ?

I've heard rumors that some things that didn't need a mod plate before now will like internal engine work . Will there be an amnesty period for this sort of stuff if eerily already have it done ?

After half a day on the phone trying to get one qld transport advised me that I can legally get one printed my self as long as it had the right information on it. So being able to say 44.45 is 45 is okay but we can't say 50 is 2 inch love the way they can have two things the same but different. When I went to school 44.45 would be rounded down to 44 not up to 45. Wow I wish I worked in government lol

So it will be the same with CCDA spec cages made out of 44.45 tube are not road legal as it has to be 45mm right ?

With the tire size increase if your 31" tires standard we still can't have 33" tires as that's 50.8 right ?

I think if all cars have to drive the same tracks but then have some bonus stages that suit different cars like some big boulders and massive winch hills. Or even some trees lol

Considering we did it in a busted ass 4runner the track wasn't that hard we just had to take our time and use our heads more then our right foot to get through some parts. I think the tracks where good and as far as I know this event was ment to be a challenge not a walk in the park

No same points but he skipped the rocks and winching taking peneltys but was one of only 4 cars to finish both days So placed 4th. Most cars Dnf due to breakages not time.

There was one class 8 running and placed 4th how ever once the rules are actually worked out I find think the class 8s will have a chance

We drove hard and broke lots to Dnf on Saturday but after a big night and help from some other teams we ran again Sunday and finished and some how limped the truck home.
