I had my wagon cut down in 2007 and I am more than happy with the job that was done by Clint at MYLUX creations. His number is 0419 885 020. He is worth talking to. if you would like to see his work I would be able to email you a couple of photos.

thanks for your response guys. everyone is now pointing to water, offset on the rims which i'm not to sure wat it is and or maybe the tensioning of the bearings. We are going to try and get all the best gear that can be bought this time and check them all the time to see if and when they are coming ...

80 series front wheel bearings

I was just wondering if anyone has had any trouble with a full time 4wd 80 series breaking the front bearings. I am running 33inch MTR's for road tyres and 37's for in the bush. A few people have said that the tyre size could be a problem, I have just done my third set of bearings in just over 12 ...
