i have some 31" silverstone extremes and they seem pretty decent. They seem to be really grippy on rock and have no problems in mud, they also dont seem to be showing many signs on wear after 5000kms. I can't make a comment about the simex because i have never used them but my friends have and ...

a standard zook is pretty much a go kart on the rd....they actually handle pretty well. being on 37's i'd say it will defently be more unstable and defently illigal on the rd "broomeboy87".

make a rear wheel carrier, if you can weld it should only take you the w/e.

Or get a skinny spare tyre that is the same height as your other tyres. will be heaps lighter then a big bulky tyre. Just depends if you want to carry a full size spare.

when i blew up my 1.3 it was about $2k for a full rebuild or $3k for a rebuilt 1.6 fitted and everything with new rad and hoses (drop it off and pick it up 3 days later). if the jimny runs well then buy it and start saving for tyres/springs/shocks/engine/clutch etc =) did you get that done at suzis...
