Full floating rear axles

I thought this might be of some interest. Full floating rear axle kit. I wonder what freight out here would be worth?? It could enable staying with Suzuki gear for a lot longer and avoiding some of the hassles of engineering associated with diff swaps. http://www.worcester-networks.com/rsmfg/axle ...

If my memorys right isn't there a bolt that goes through the firewall, with a nut on the engine bay side that also holds the heater unit in.

I used an adapter on the transfer and a stock length hilux DC shaft. I haven't had any vibes, at any speed, but then again mine doesn't see many road miles or high speed work. I'll have to have a look at how i set up the angles because i can't remember right now.

Well i suppose it depends upon where the split is. Mine was in the middle. I removed the hose and cleaned it before taping. and then taped the entire hose in duct tape. I can't say for sure that it was a 100% sealed because i had no way of testing it. But i do doubt that there was any leak.

How about a 4agze to a divorced lux cases, keep the whole lot light but upgrade to a dual case setup. you can buy plates that allow you to use a lux case in a divorced setup(not sure if you could use duals in this setup but I imagine that its feasible).
