I am not being a smarty-bum here, but it needs to be said.

If your experience of painting cars is at the point where you need to ask the questions that you asked...I would seriously consider getting some professional (or at least someone who knows what they are doing) help. Have them there to help ...

I know its the organisers right to make the rules that they see fit, but I agree with Guts on this...you can have offset rims or cut and welded rims (quality of welds is a guess) but you cant have spacers ...

There are a few ways to attach the net to the window frame...I have seen people use velcro, cable ties and recently I modified a set for Ian Paltridge that utilized press studs.

Along the bottom there are, once again, a few different ways to go...bungee loops, sailtrack, adhesive velcro and so on ...

I sub-contract for a camper trailer manufacturer here in Brisbane, so I have seen quite a few campers...

Most campers are 7 x 4 with 500mm sides and leaf sprung suspension...by the time the tent section is fitted the weight of the trailer comes out in the 550kg area. That only allows 150kg of gear ...

Can anyone tell me if the rear leaf pack (2" lift) in a 60 series is spring loaded...basically do I have to clamp them when removing the centre bolt, or can I just undo them without the clamp?

I just jacked up the front corner to see how far ...

I had a look at one of the rears, and the shoes are well and truely worn. In some places they are alright, but others are down to pretty much nothing.

So this would cause the sloppy feel, with the 2nd push of the peddle bringing good pressure?!?!
