I think i would just put a stock spring in, it will sit dead flat, if they arnt sagged. With the extended shackles...

yep thats extactly wat i got in mind cheers for the info mate... will and swap the springs and return the shackles lucky we spent a lot with the parts company they will look after ...

yes cheers "bluesuzy" i think only soltion without cutting and welding is get standard springs and use extended shackles to sit the car lower... it just had me head f#*# for a little.

could be belt but it would still run ( not good but bad) thats if it were only like a tooth.. i thought from memory they were and interfearing engine (values can hit if belt breaks)

i would be checking if its getting fuel.

mounts moved for ruf for sure.

easy way to check is measure the lenght of the bolt holes from the rear mount to the front mount and let us know what it is.


straight arcoss from hole to hole ( not along the chassis) is 33 inchs.. measured old spring well the un bent one it measured straight ...

He pm'd me, unsure why..

Anyway he said his springs are too long as the 2" springs! Thats why the 2" shackles are fine...They must fold up front?


Weird :? Sounds like the mounts have been played with..

no pics mate as i just put other shackles back on, yes fold up front thats why i said they ...

theres ways of doing things right and ways of doing things right. rockcrawler31 has judt finished a 4 link on his 75 series troopy. most engineers wont touch the thing unless it uses standard suspension mounts from a pre existing vehicle. alot dont like aftermarket suspension links. so get in touch ...

i have a zook ute with coils in the rear 4 link triangler set up can this be engineered in qld? its been done properly but just wondering if anyone has had soemthing like this modded or nows some one hu would mod it.. any info helps cheers guys..
