G'day all. I have a 1984 model single can hilux, petrol model that ran out of rego in 2009 september. When I got it, it had a 2 inch block lift on it, 33's, adjusted brake lines, etc and it needed an engineers cert to pass rego every year.... My old man is looking at getting this thing rego'd again ...

80's smoke

My old man recently picked up an 80's series cruiser 96 model, which is blowing lots of smoke when started. Is this normal with all 80's series? The smoke dies out after a short drive.

Yeah it's a petrol.. Last time I recall filling it up it took about 45 - 50 litres.
