Never thought of trying it that way. If it lines up the caliper exactly over the centre of the rotor, should work. The bolts holding the caliper might be a PITA to get on and off tho. What did you redrill to fit ... caliper/rotor ? Maybe have an engineer look at it for some feedback ? yeah its a ...

sorry had no internet lately.......ive looks into that and wondered how safe it is? just testing the fact of running a solid axel disc on the surf hub (redilled holes) and running caliper mounted on inside of mount instead of outside...what would everyone say on this, ie pros and cons? pics: http ...

hilux front diff with surf hubs?
hey guys,
i got a hilux housing which im going to run some surf hubs on to make the wheel track wider. do i have to change the disc to something else? as the caliper doesnt line up with the factory mounting point.
any help would be muchly appreciated

auto locking hub to gq?

hey guys, i bought a hilux and came with airlockers but the rear locker is leaking out the top of the diff housing. so i pulled it out and put some air through it to see where it is leaking and found the spot (in picture below with arrows pointing to where it is leaking). can anyone tell me if this ...
