The temp staying normal when moving would sugest to me there is an airflow problem and has something to do with the setup you have to pull air thru when not moving. A: I assume you have a shroud around the fan and idle speed is correct. B: If so I would think maybe your fan is definatly in need of ...

The rear being coils is a bit of a differnt story and you can get some half decent improvment by throwing away the sway bar off the back, makes no dif if you take it off the front. Lifting the front end properly ...

Ive owned one for about 3 years, very reliable car except for one little thing. They have a remarkable habbit of cracking heads, if you don't mind throwing around 2700 bucks then it's not a worry. But if you are like me then it kinda sucks so you realy want to get that sucker checked out. Mine got ...

Soz, no info on the above but is it the all metal one? If it is the like the one I had many years ago in a street rod then carry a rag with you. When you park it in the sun put the rag over the shifter. In the sun they literaly get so hot they will burn your hand when you grab it. Not a little "Oh ...

Spring packs

Just ripped out the spring packs on the back of fj45. There was 10, count them, 10 industrial sized leaves on those suckers. I am running 3 inch extended shakles and was wondering if you guys have got any opinions on how many I should pop out. At present I have removed 5 (3 being real thick bastards ...

If you do it yourself it is a lot cheaper but if you are stuck for time or incompetant like myself then I would recomend EKKY 4x4 for doing the power steer conversion. I am running an fj45 and got ekkey to install the power steer. Cost was about $1300 but I am very happy with it. Just about every ...
