I have a problem with my GQ SWB PAtrol, Runs on PEtrol and Gas, The problem is that it some times idle at 2000 RPM and other times at 700 RPM.

It has not been tuned for some time and I a wondering if it is a tuning problem or an Ignition problem?

When I mean cheap I mean I don't want to pay $350 a wheel, Iam prepaired to pay up to 300 just not any more. Having to get new rims as well to fit most 33" tyres is just more cost to each wheel, as alot of 33" tyres are 12.5 in width.

But I am thinking now that with the 2" lift and a 33 x 10.5 ...

It is just these will be the tires on the car all the time, car not daily driver. I just don't know what tyre to get as I don't want to spend alot of money on the old toy, but I want it to be a machine off road.

How Noisy are the Silverstone's on the road. And how do the perform all round, from mud and rock, to sand?

Thanks Coxy, I was thinking of the Silverstone Xtreams as an option. I have a 2 " lift on my SWB, so the 33 x 10.5 would fit better under the guards with less rubbing.

Would this be the case?

How does a 33 x 10.5 tyre perform as a off road tyre?

will 33 x 12.5 fit on my standard Patrol 15 x 7 rim?

If not how wide can I go on these rims?
