Hi Maxtrax
I have a 1993 RRC which an LT230 T/case from a Defender bolted to the ZF ,the old Borgwarner Transfer case was problematic. I also run 33" tyres and it seems to cope fine with Standard Diff Ratio 3.54 .
for Reduction Gears you can call MR Automotive.

slunnie , I suspect Grimmie 's going to be using KAM Glue for that application ,
mate I'll be up for some 24 spline Bambo Axles and Flanges and CV's for my Truck.

well guys , I have to be the first , I've placed my order for front Maxi Drive locker with upgraded CV's axles and flanges from MR earlier in the week . They had a brand new Unit in the shop and I took this opportunity and went for it.

I heard that from Dwayne yesterday at MR that they've ordered heap of steel and are shortly going to start production of Maxi Drive Lockers again
this is fantastic news for us Rover owners

disco_owner sweet looking D1, the KM2's like great.
Madrangie mate have alook at importing flares as our dollar is looking ok at the moment and alot of O/S companies deliver faster then aussie ones.

I have Scorpion Flares --- Rovacraft sells them , They are Flexi plastic not Fibre glass.

There is nothing wrong with running dual fuel if it's all set up correctly and tuned to run well on both , my 3.9 v8 RRC runs LPG as well as petrol but slightly less power and it's hardly noticeable. it also runs the old impco mixer. Also check length of hose to clutch slave cylinder.
Rubber seal for opening in transmission tunnel is screwed down to top of gearbox around gear lever - remove plate and screws before lifting body or rubber will tear.
Disco is weak in area of rear body mounts and those in front of rear wheel ...

hey guys..i have a 95 disco with 2" suspension lift and want to smash in 2" body lift to help clear some scrubbing with my 33's i just put on tonite..
i put in the lift kit myself and was nothin to it but wats involved for a body lift? brake lines etc... is it worth it or not?? pros and cons etc ...
