Stuff engineered and set up in jigs and manufactured by a professional tradesman/company is a lot different to Back yard Bill welding up his own steering arms with a supercheap brand stick welder and farmer rods

Re: i keep bending drag links! wt sierra

Now purchase a Trans steering TE619R tie rod end. (suzuki tie rod RHS). Now take a piece of 1"4140 round bar ...

wheel wobble in HJ75 Ute
My cruiser gets a really bad front end wheel wobble sometimes usually between 60 and 80 kph that shakes the whole car.
The car has 2-3 inch spring lift, 2" shackel lift and runs 33x12.5R15 cooper STT tyres.
I never had a problem with this set up and have driven up the cape several times.

Re: 1hz pyro temps
When you buy a pyro gauge kit, the wiring is tuned to length. If hes's cut it between the thermo transducer and the gauge it will read way out.
guarantee this to be the problem as I learned the hard way once when I was an apprentice

About 8 thou backlash and check it prints up ok. Also loctite and torque crownwheel bolts and loctite and toque bearing caps then hit the bolt heads with a copper hammer and toque again. You will need to heat the crownwheel to fit to the locker do not use the bolts to pull it on as it may crack it ...
