3. no dont need to be removable pin at the hinged end but yes at the front.
4. next mould that will be ready are the GU front guards and flare as same ...

im starting to make fibreglass bonnets for GQ patrols... with/ without scoops whateva...
im considering making a mould for front guards just wondering if there is an intrest for these parts.
secondly - would you guys prefer gelcoat or 2pac finnish...

Hi
Go to you local paint store and ask for some 2pac polyurithane paint. you will need to sand th eentire canopy back until the surface is dull. if there are any chips in the original paint you can bog them up with polyester body filler. once sanded wipe with wax and grease remover, and spray.
