i done some research and read the same as wat u just said and i can lift the gaer stick up and select gears so this must be the issue i have not had a chance to pull it out tho,

is it and easy fix or am i better off letting some one else do it and ideas wat the part is called

Yea the car is only a wk end car mainly used for 4wd and towing my 14 ft van and with the van on its. Just stupidly sluggy it's going to be turbod in next few wks but was still wanting lower gearing any how to lower it closer to standed for off road use

I was wanting to make it a little bit lower then what it would be with 31s

i have only had the car for a few months now.

it first happened when i was goin up a hill towing a small caravan at about 80km/hr in 3rd gear giving it a hard time ,it was as if the car was running out of fuel/missing and then when i got to the top of the hill ...

i just pulled out a gas system today of a petrol 4.2 patrol everything there to put back in a patrol including lra long range sub tank was going to put it all on ebay as a kit, i think the tank needs re dating but apart from that all looks good make pm me or make an offer if you were keen on it ...

and within a year or so i wanna upgrade to a 100 series solid axle will all my mods bolt on or will i neeed to start from scratch

hi there i currently have a small turbo setup on a td42 making 12psi, i believe it has a t3 flange on the exhaust manifold, im just wanting to know what would be the better suited turbo for a upgrade, currently have fuel pump mod, would a gt2871 or t04e be better?? inlet manifold is getting done as ...

just wandering will a td42 diesel engine line up with a tb42 petrol gear box? or are they exactly the same thanks

do you know by how much at all could it be fixed by 1'' or smaller spaces

as above can get a set cheap to replace my standard steel rims but not sure if they will fit right

i have a 94 model 80 series and looking for a 2nd hand bullbar for it but not many around , is there any other models that fit on an 80 and is there much difference between the 100 series solid front as there is a few of those bars around cheers.

because its very very cheap way of a good suspension set up if its a comp truck it doesnt really see to many high speed corners but if ur going to do it make a barket so you can weld a tube to ur top leaf and slide a pin thru so u can choose when to use it

make sure its a deisel check the usual ,smoke,oils, leaks,diff noises, get a snorkel and dont get ripped of thats bout it just get racq to look at it

hey guys doing my high steer conversion and chasing a box for it are all the ifs boxes the same or which year model is the best to use

as i say above i was diving on the beach last wk end at high tide trying to stay at 60 k an hour but i realised my car didnt like it.

when driving straight the front diff makes a thump as if it sounds like its poppin out of 4wd it is only every now and then can happen 4 times in a 100 m then once ...

hey guys i see that it says suzi sport at brisbane in one of trailgears dealers as wel as locktup has any one dealt with suzisport receiving goods from the states as i see tg has brought a full hydro kit out for toyotas
