Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I am just wondering whether its worth putting extractors and a free'r flowing exhaust onto a 3.0L V6 4Runner, will it make much difference to power and or economy?? Will be doing the intake system mods to remove the air intake silencer shortly, so am wondering if I should do the exhaust also, and ...

Just wondering if anyone know where to purchase 4 Runner accessories such as Bonnet Guards, drivers door weathershields, sunvisor, headlight protectors, duraflex flares etc......

I didn't think there was a whole lot that could be done, Will look at getting the exhaust done and air filters etc..... Maybe get a retune too, wee how it goes
