From past experiences with 3 different rear mounted radiators iv found that running a thicker rad can have less cooling effect as the air cant be pushed thru it as easily. Iv ran a custom alluminium radiator before which was 70-75mm thick and couldnt drive it at all because the fans couldnt pull the ...

I would expect the 250 xflow wouldnt have much low down grunt to pull a 60 series around but might be alrite around town or in higher rev range. iv never had 1 tho so im only guesing. An injected 350 wouldnt cost much but for a little more you can buy a complete injected 6 litre out of a commod for around the $3500 mark, which will make alot more power to. Depending on how ...

that would make them fit but you could run into trouble with them hitting on the springs and steering arms when on full lock?
may pay to try some first before you buy.
i only suggest this as a mate has a hilux with 4-5 inch lift and he has this trouble.

i wouldnt go alley unless you want it to look good. If it was me id build it out of mild steel 2.5 - 3.0 thick would be plenty might dent in a roll over but would hold car up but wouldnt be too heavy either.

Looking at buying a gu patrol wagon for a dayley driver and to to my other 4by around with. was after a diesel 4.2 but was wondering are the 4.5 ltr duel fuel 1s any good. is there anything you have to look out for much with them or they a good giga.Cheers
