91 model vp v6 3.8 with t700 auto 4.5 diffs 32 inch tyres

goes great on road deffinetly not holding people up no more spins the 32s pretty well jumps of the lights great no smoke no more except the occasional tyre smoke hills are not a prob ether

offroad is improved seems alot smoother crawls ...

www.marksadaptors.com.au thats the place to start looking for adaptors i got a commy v6 in my hilux and love it cheep on part heaps of grunt goes well with a worked auto gearbox dont have the heating probs like they reckon you get and dont seem to have the bad fuel economy the others get. i reckon ...

i dont find it to bad. its not the same as a manual but when you sort out the wiring for the lockup solanoid for the tourque converter is just as good then a rv kit and a beefed up torque converter and its fn awsome

marks adaptors www.marksadaptors.com.au there got all the adaptors you will need. gear box choice is something to think bout. what are you actually going to be useing this vehicle i run the t700 auto and it works beatifully but as i say marks adaptors have most of it

have a look on the marks adaptors site i think they have all the bits on there thing to think bout to is that the lux was reving at 3500 on the expressway thats what the v6 will be reving at also

all the intercooler does is cool the air before it goes into your cylinder(cool air equals denser air = more power)

super charger uses power to make power the motor has to work to turn the screw to make more power


the turbo uses waste exaust gasses to turn the turbo to make the power

recently done the commy v6 conversion with the t700 i think its a great conversion. wasnt that dificult just a few fiddly things. havnt had overheating probs goes like the powers of piss. of road is great also just make sure you run a massive after market oil cooler i got a 12 x17 inch.

had a similar problem with a sierra. was a combination off pin bearings and wheel bearings. jack one side up stick a bar under the tyre for some leverage and give it a liftif there is some movment there you will feel it.

alo had a tyre with a bad belt in it that was causeing another sierra to do ...

had extended shackles crap crap crap with standard springs steering was all over the place was hard to steer and ride was shocking pissed them off and was a massive improvement. go a medium 2 inch lift with some good shocks to suit
