There should be a breather on the top of the box near were gear stick mounts to box, there is also a breather on the top off the transfer. The only time I've seen filler plugs crack is when they are over tightened. hope this helps.

Make sure that when the accelerator pedal is pushed to the floor the throttle butterfly fully opens as this was a problem with mine when I bought it and it wouldn't go over about 90 kmph.

You will need to plug gas lines in the rear of vehicle, as the front and rear A/C lines are connected. I would recommend flushing the lines as dirt and foriegn bodys aren't liked by the compressor.
