Grab a test light or multimeter, pull the dash apart and check that you are getting power the plugs, to rule out problems with the radio itself. fergot to mention the clock is also out, thus my thinking its a fuse any other way to find the problem apart from pulling the dash apart, reallf CBF with ...

all the lights on my dash except the 'check engine' light popped on randomly and have since stayed. Had done a bit of wheeling, nothing serious though. NOthing seems wrong with the car, and suggestions?

it's a 4.5 petrol/lpg if that matters

i've read the auto box's in 80's are strong as so that doesnt worry me.

Not hell fussed between auto and manual, just been lookin at the occasional one cause they're generally cheaper.

theres been a few in adelaide for around 11, 95ish auto, 4.5i on gas with 200ish km

All others average around 13-14, stock diesels included

looklin at 80's, and have noticed you can get auto low km 4.5's fairly cheap, why is that? just because its auto or because it's not very good or?? are they good on gas?

ive tried some muffler putty tybe stuff. Let it dry for a number of hours etc And it blew thru the second i gave it a decent squirt. I think welding/wiring/siliconing a coke can type of thing over it could work. cheap too

is there a way i can tell how much my suspensions sagged over standard? It's sagged quite a bit, but i'd lke to know how much lift i'll get when my new gear goes in. Everythings completely stock from the factory except for some 31" buckys. Its an 88 shorty
