interesting info. i went to the 2871. couldnt find much info on people using them but i thought id give it a dip as people said the 2860 dropped off up the the rev range

started on it.

well its a 2000 gu ute so yeah. Has a small top mount which i will soon also be changin. 3 inch exhurst no muffler and will be 3inch dump. Lookin at doin a custom air box to suit pod filter

my pump is a standard GU pump. going to leave it stardard till i got the cash to do it up.
yeh once its on ill be happy to post up how it goes, after all its so hard to find info so im happy to share.

well i just ordered the 2871 r .64 hot side, A/R60 and trim 48
dunno if anyone has used this before but i thought id give it ago after reading lost of info from alot if differnt places

so does anyone know would a the smaller trim spool up faster or wat the effect would be between the the smaller and larger trim?

and what were the turbo specs? And power figure if your know!

hey all.. looking at bolting a 2871 onto my GU... i want the .64 rear housing but wondering wat effect the trim will have?
im going to be running standard pump for a while untill i do it up... would be happy for it to spool up similar to the standard HT18

yeah my 00 ute does is too. Wait a few seconds after the glow light goes off. I wait tilll i hear a tick from somewhere lol and then its usually sweet

very interesting.. good pricing. look like quality unit

wen its under load its doing it. seems to do it more wen not on boost as well. if its ideling and u take the slack out of the pedal you u can feel it.

hey all. I have a gu ute and all of i sudden im getting alot of vibration at the throttle pedal. Never happened before. Anyone know wat it could be? More so at low revs... Thanks chriso

mine does this too, on start up only sometimes and mine does it in 3rd gear at about 2800 rpm

sunday usually spectator day. always good watching at ateco

i have the bottom half if a Gu 2.8.... exact same as my gu with TD42... all GU airboxs the bottom half are the same. only the lids are differnt.

i have a warn 10,000lb winch and i need to replace the motor.
does anyone know if the 6.5hp motor willl fit straight on?

they flow better...
just took to the lid with a grider and ground down the square where the MAF senser was to make it around again.
they are hard to come buy... not sure on price

front locker and winch. im hangin for a front locker

i just made the base out of some thin mdf then mounted the gauges to the panel.
