6262 T6 Alloy - Suitable for body lift?

I called DOT and the best they could give me was alloy or urethane with crush tubes... No mention of grade/quality of alloy...

I can get a length of 60mm 6262 T6 Alloy for a reasonable price. Will it be strong enough for a 50mm body lift on a dual cab hilux?

2.7 3rz Service Intervals

Google has failed me, so I was hoping a few guys running the 3rz would be able to give me an idea of how often they do oil and oil filter changes?

As a guide, I would be looking at buying one with around 160,XXX on the clock.

Cheers, Toyota4x4
