yeah the sound goes when you push clutch in a bit that is why i was thinking it was the thrust bearing

my clutch started slipping and not knowing when it was last replaced decided its time to get a clutch kit. replaced rear main seal put new clutch in and rest of car back together, it was not that bad a job, ok so i lie it was a pain in the arse. :lol: start the car up and there is a rattle coming ...

I need to replace my front wheel bearings as my RHF bearing is stuffed. I was just after some info, like are there any special tools needed and is it a hard job, should i look at other things why i am there? I have never replaced a bearing on a 4x4 before so will have my dad help me who is light ...

hehe i got mine out by taking the stone guard off then taking the air pipe off from air cleaner to turbo and oil filter off, left pump there and pulled it up in the now very big gap, ok maybe it was not that big a gap lol. down side is the nut holding the pulley on is stuck on and 2 of the 3 bolts ...

my alternator died on me and needs pulling out to look at/replace any tips on easy way to get it out? will it make it easy if i unbolt the vac pump or take it all out as one?
