Change the o ring behind the distributor housing before you try anything else, only 20 cents, mine looked like it was leaking from rear seal but turned out to be distributor. :lol:

I did the method shown on island4x4.com to the rear of a 1.3 wide track , very easy to do ,also easy to change back to standard just new side gears.It's working great so far (over 1 year) even with heaps of onroad klm's , I think any welded diff is BAD practice but this method would be my choice for ...

Note that these are a complete kit. Actually there's all 4 gears in the Rockhopper set. If you want some cheap and nasty bearings to use on your new gears you'll have to go somewhere else, we wont sell them. Providing third rate tiawanese bearings isn't something to boast about. 1510 is the way to go, just use your original side gears , 1530 is the same unit with new couplers (side gears)

60 mm overall should make quite a noticable difference , the coilys are 35 mm wider then leafys when running the same rims & a noticable improvement

I had to set it up with the gear resting on a few wooden blocks then knock the shaft down with a hammer and an alloy dolly, it came off easy with no damage, just take it easy

did you find nelligen that the caster bushes limit flex compaired to standard bushes. also do you chew standard bushes at the diff end? HRZOOK , The bushe sizes are ---- chassis end 52mm OD 12mm ID x65mm wide . diff end 51.7 mm OD 12mm ID x 60mm wide. Muppet_man67 ,I used super pro with the castor adj bushes on the front, on the rear end I kept the originals. I find the super pro bushes flex ok,

repco can supply rubber bushes to suit, don't think suzuki sell bushes without the arm , superpro urethane (fulcrum) from supercheap auto are softer then other urethane brands.
