A TB45E with 250,000+Ks with no history is prob worth $500-$1000 BARE
A TB45E with less than 250,000 Ks with a good service history is prob worth $1000-$3000 COMPLETE

Post up some pics of your system. What setup did you use. Check the simple stuff first, like air leaks from loose clamps etc. Does the turbo sound like it is spooling harder but with less boost level and response? Layto....
