And just a warning for people running spools i now know 2 people that have had there cars confiscated under anti hoon laws both driving through petrol stations because there tyres were squealing on the cement and when one tried to explain he had a locker they put a yellow on his car aswell. The ...

if a spool or welded is your only real option and your not a great welder id go with the spool.Ive had a few welded diffs break now probably caused by my own errors but for the small price of the spool and the option to remove it,i know thats where i'll go next.They seem to be strong enough Ive ...

Thanks for the replys i dont think ill bother getting it as a daily driver but im still thinking about getting it as a weekender, The only thing thats putting me off is i'll have to pay 4 rego's if i get it

I can get a mint (Body and running gear immaculate) LJ50 with the org2stroke in it for $3500, as i already own X2 1.3L zooks for the bush im tempted to get it as a daily driver but i sit on 100 for about 15mins to and from work everyday, Will i just blow it up or can you make them sit on 100? I paid $1000 for a 89hardtop with 5"calmini sr lift (with new ome springs and rancho shocks),200,000 on the clock (runs mint) and reg'd but no permits. Bodys got no rust just a few dents in front and side of the roof. So id say $5000 with mint body $2000-$3500with avg body
