the clicking noise you hear will be the small hole that is in the thermostat with a little moving "plug" the clicking noise is the little plug moving. you could also have an electrical fault within the gauge or sender. earth out the coolant temp sender and make sure that the gauge has full...

hey mate... thought that the v6 were individual coil not distributor.. so no adjustment. but i could be wrong. i would start by cleaning the throttle body with carby clean and changing the plugs, leads, fuel filter and air filter (if not done recenlty) and see if that makes a difference i run 32psi ...

from personal experience mate... you are more likely to be left alone if it is mod plated.. it comes down to the person who pulled you over.. i have had two cops pull me over and they had a dicussion about whether was my car was legal or not...(that was a nissan micra on 18s) nothing fancy at all.. ...

its not hard to get a blue plate for anything.. you just need to know the "right" people.. hell i know a guy with a gemini that was mod plated for a rb26 turbo engine. just to get it to fit we had to move the firewall.. reshape the trans tunnel.. like i said its a loop hole... and it comes...

there are "loop holes" to in the laws...... if you buy a modplated vehicle from another state... OR Build it in another state and mod plate it there.. i just went through it when i was looking to buy my zook. i was looking at a few sprung over sierras... one running lux diffs and the other...

so i may be able to get some vitara diff gears (5.12:1 i think) will these fit, i heard rumours that they do but just want to see what the go is. has anyone done this before?

but they are cheap as to rebuild.. just rebuilt one with a mate cost 1000 for all parts.
10thou oversized pistons
bore the block to suit
port and polish the head
rings and bearings
plus all gaskets
headbolts
everything was new.. except head and block
worked out to be close to a 14##cc

hey mate..
was chatting with my engineer that we use at work. he says that the engines are prone to damage pistons.
he said that the skirt craks and ends up falling off eventually, in some cases he has seen this damage the block and blow hole a through the side

hi had the similar problem with my HID when i got them.. i had to switch some of the wires around on the HID 3 pin plug to sought it out. with cheap HID's the companies prewire them to suit either negative or positive switching (i think it is positive) and when plugged in to the other it makes them ...

hey mates brushes range in size from as litlle as 15mm to 20mm ( and other sizes but these arent as common) they will wear down to pretty much nothing.. it is really hard to say how long they should last.. many things effect how they wear.. water, oil, dust can all make them wear faster. the quality...

hey mate i would be checking them.
to do this remove the conection between each glow plug. then use a cable running from the positive battery terminal and touch the tip of each one.
you should get a little spark on every glow plug, if not then there is a faulty one

so..... First off why did you originally think it wasn't charging?? Was it because your battery kept going flat??Take it to an Auto elec and ask them to check the diodes out.. If it has a diode out it can cause the battery to discharge and may also cause it to over charge. AIso have some one check y...

hey...... a mate had the same problem with his pajero.. it was a factory fitted system. we were able to use the original wiring with an aftermarket solenoid that we got from supercheap in a kit.
