Wreckers were not interested and just said a flat no they were not there. So anyway moving right along I'm getting some brackets made up tomorrow so all good in the end. I have found the center bearings hold up better if you fill the outer rubber with Sikaflex. Seem to hold them together longer

Thanks for your help. I bought the bar from a wreckers and it had a few various coats of paint over it with no MFR sticker anywhere. But it was when i got it home i realized it had no mounting brackets. So now just trying to find where to go to first.

Yeah thanks to the Lexus masses in the US there's heaps of mobs selling remanufactured OEM alternators claimed to have these amps. I'm not expecting much as I can't afford the ones by the mob with the 300 amp option. Even their 200 amp version is $500US, where as the 180 amp one I found is $250 ...

99% of the time you will find most faults in tail lights ect where the join is for the trailer plug lead . Normaly just above rear right side wheel

I had Dobinsons in my last 4by and they were just great both springs and shocks and now just put EFS in at Xmas just gone. Was in last month getting reset as they went into a W shape. There service was good but a bit over a month gone and they are sagged again only in the front as the rear is fine ...

I had the same thing happen but the lights didnt blow. I put a 40amp fuse in it and have had not trouble since. But it was strange seeing all the melted green plastic the first time
