It sure will, if is to suit the later 1990+ hilux it will go straight in if its the early with 45mm carrier bearings it would need some sleeves machined up to fit the 50mm carrier bearings of the 80 front.

I have a 100 rear end in my 80 converted to 6 stud so i could use the 100 hubs with bigger axle studs and 32 spline axles . On the front you could use 80 hubs modified to take 100 disc rotor,100 axle studs and drive plates ( front hasn't been tested but i believe it would work ) but this is a perman...

80 Factory E-Locker Axles

Only the RHR axle has the longer spline for the E-locker locking hub, the front locker uses a std 80 front inner axle's as the locker mechanism is all in the centre. The longer sline longfields inner axles are made for custon axle widths so you can trim them up for various lenghts !

The 80 tranfer is the one.

Ive got a ZZ502 BB in my 80 with 500 hp and havn't had any tranfer issues ( im running a fulltime with part time conversion ) in the last year and a 454HO BB (400+ HP) for 5 years before that and never had a transfer issue. Im now fitting twin turbo's to the 502 and i have no concerns with the trans...

I would have the correct adjuster nut kicking around as one of the locker kits came with 2 adjuster nuts 80 & 83mm and i kept the left over.

The axle housing is steel ( pressed sections and welded together ) the 3rd member ( diff centre ) is cast iron.
