Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I am living in Canada and have a suzuki sidekick 4 door ( 4 cyl)(vitaria in Australia) that I have bought a 3 inch body kift and 1 inch coil spring spacer. So I have 4 inches of lift. Anyone try this? or have any comments on the 4 door. I want to set this up more for camping than hard core rock ...

Is there an advantage to the bone shape?!

They look more professionally made rather than a chunk of flat bar cut off with two holes punched thru it, thats about all.

Theres not alot in it really,
Box section, Flat or tube it all does the same job.
I prefer to use 25x25x3mm box just cause I like they way they look when finished compared to the flat. Heres a pix of the ones I make which are +50mm.

i was thinking of getting a roof basket for my tent, poles, tarps etc, but after a trial pack, i have a lot more room than i thought.

Is the Calmini kit set up with the proper camber angle?
Is the spring setup soft or firm?
Is there much settling of the springs?
The Calmini shocks/struts - are they another brand rebadged or their own? Are they any good?

I finished fitting the Calmini 3" on Sunday to my 3dr.

The price for me to buy it here in NZ compared to OME was within a few hundred dollars difference and IMHO you get alot more for your money from Calmini.

I've only had it out for about an hour off road but I noticed a huge difference all ...

go into rocky road out fitters i got there springover kit and did it myself it will be heaps cheaper than that calmini kit. it cost me about $850 US and came with an awesome high steer kit (ott stage 2), all new shocks, a rear shock mount that lets you adjust angle of shocks and all the spring over ...

Yeah, I got this problem to sort out as well.

The missus and I have both got G16b's, hers is a '92 ex Jap import with extractor and 2" exhaust other than that it's stock - it's quick off the mark and go's like a farkin rocket.
