As a SES corodinator in our area we use both. and HF appears to be more reliable ATM. Last call out we had three sat phones out with the land/air crew - and the HF, we got through - scratchy- on HF, nothing on sat phone. Historically in the same area sat phones have been poor though for some reason ...

Love my shorty....its gold. Towing in a petrol, should be sweet. I tow my 12ft ski boat behind my diesel shorty with 5" lift and 35's and its not too bad. Sure its not a weapon of mass acceleration, but hey it never is  As for off road, you have to treat it differently to a LWB otherwise you ...

I have a half size rack on my shorty...dunno what brand it is but it is the same length as an half size ARB model. It goes from the back of the car to about the back edge of the front doors. Plenty of room on it to fit swag and esky and shite like that. A 3/4 length one might just be the right size ...

uni joints in the rear drive shaft probably. To check them, put the transfer case in neutal, gearbox in neutral..climb underneath and see if there is any play in the tail shaft. Just make sure you have the handbrake on or blocks or something so you dont get run over. Have you got gear box spacers to ...
