You say you have checked the switch how? A simple test for the switch is to bridged the plug out with a piece of wire. revrse lights work then switch is faulty. Most electric brakes on trailers are 12V. Just to let you know that all 3 pin head light plugs have either earth or constant power to one of your side pins not the top. The top is your low beam and the opposite side is your high beam. Gday just wondering if anybody has any info on making the tacho work in my 2000 gu ex 3 litre and now 4.2. The 4.2 is a simple ground pulse to the tacho and the zd30 uses the ecm.
