how do I attack the project of winding up my torchen bars? and also when winding them up, just say I want to go one inch higher do I wind one inch? or do I need to wind more to allow for them to settle?

thanks for the reply fellas. yeah it only blows the smoke after i have been driving for a while. give it an hour or so of driving around then thats when it starts. but its not constant its just every now and then.

I have a 92 model 3l v6 manuel paj . lately it has had the habbit of blowing a bit of stinky blue smoke from the exhaust. more often than i would like it to. any ideas of what it might be?
