hey guys just after some input on diff gears. i have a 96 2.8 lux i have 35inch silverstone extremes to run off road and i was going to try stick with 31's thru the week on the black top. i was just wondering what the best diff ratio would be to run with. i was thinking 4.88 but i dont no about that ...

did you do the ruf withoutshock hoops??? or are you just running lifted springs?

so really its better if i just use a 50mm dropped hanger??
and if i do this is it likley i will still have to use castor wedges or not????
(i know this will vary a little from set up to set up)

are the fronts and rears the same length?

can anyone help me just need to know how long the standard hilux solid axle suspension shackles are as i am making myseld a set while the car is in getting new donk. and are the fronts the same length as the rear.

hey mate if there is still a load leaf in the pack you could remove that, and if not remove one of the leafs this will give you softer ride and more flex. that is all i dod in my 88 lux

hey mate im a boilermaker just wanted to say if you run about 8 litres of argon gas per minute you should be prety rite and yeh if you gring up befor belding just blow it off with the compressor. and as long as your tungsten is sharp and only sticking out of the nozel about 5mm you should be right ...

hey guys i have been told by a couple of mechanics that an lsd operates on a tension nut or screw. and this can be tightened up to make lsd more effective. has anyone done this and if so how hard was it.
