extended shackles don't give better flex any way.
Taking the load leafs out on standard springs is a bad idea too can cause axle rap.
i say get a 2inch suspension lift 2inch body lift, 31's and being twin locked already, that should make it really capable.

Correct me if I am wrong;

At the very front and back you have just got normal bolts and nuts.
The 6 Captive studs are actually part of the body and will need a bolt made up with a thread actually inside the bolt ...

Might also want to check the fan doesnt foul on radiator. also you may need to do some snipping around the tub near the gear sticks. and all bar work attached to chassis will look wierd and need raising 2 inches.
also as you lift it you may want to get someone to gently adjust the metal brake ...

It depends on what you want to do with your car.
A 5 inch lift on a otherwise standard sierra is huge.
What do you want such a big lift for?
A 2inch suspension lift is fine for travel and then a 2inch body lift depending on what tyres you want to run, and remember that when you change one thing ...

as Gwagensteve said you really only want a lift to fit your tyres.
the higher a sierra is the more unstable. sierras really dont need to be that high either because of how short there wheel base is and 32s will give you good diffclearence.
with 32' airleakers and some gearing your sierra will be ...

yeah i was thinking of doing the same behind my seats
you can also take the back door trim off and make a fold down piece of metal that could fold down on top of a box which could lock. and then use it as a table when your back door opens
hard to explain
but works just not as secure.
