the air locker assembly is pretty straight forward, mark both caps so you know which is which. one side of the air locker will either have a snap ring you need to undo to get the seal housing off where the air line goes into or it will have 3 allen keys you undo them, then you simple undo each ...

I used to use low range found it alot easier to drive but now that ive slaped a turbo on high range is no problem

firstly ive heard 550 is the going temp for pyro on a diesel, is that celcius or farenheit?
also ive finished mine and ive turned the fuel up about a quarter of a turn but it made no change to idle speed and i think it needs more fuel is this correct?

sorry update on this. It turned out to be an injector. Must of just been a coincidence that it failed at the same time the injector was siezed open which is why when i cracked an injector line all i was getting was what looked like airrated diesel coming out which is why i thought it was air. All ...

doing a right hand rear wheel bearing on a diesel gq with disc brakes. ive pressed the bearings off the axle my question is, is there a spacer between the inner and outer bearings that sit between them when you press the bearings back on the axle?

hey guys,
my patrol has cracked at the firewall where the right hand inner fender thingo meets the firewall.. its broken the spot welds and moved forward a couple a mm, ive heard this happens on patrols. do people usually just weld them back up or what? the body mounts like fine cheers

I'm looking at purchasing a GQ Patrol LWB and want a 6" suspension lift with no body lift and rang around a fair few places in VIC and im looking at $4,000 installed or $2800 on its own... could this be right?
Everyone that I've spoken too does not reccomend it for a street registered ...

hey guys, i know theres heaps of turbo threads on here, ive heard that later model 96 diesel motors dont take boost as well as earlyer ones, why is this and what sorta boost is still relatively ok i was thinking of running 10psi? cheers

just wondering would this turbo work ok a on td42 with a custom turbo setup. . also it has the internal wastegate hole in the exhaust housing, can i just put a internal wastegate in there because i dont want to run a external wastegate. cheers
