In what month/year did they change 80 series cv joints to the longer splines. Can I put the long ones on a 5/92 model if I change the drive flange as well or do I allready have the long ones? Thanks in advance for any info.

Peps sell epoxy enamel in pressure pack cans they also sell "bullbar paint"
whatever that is I dont know . I painted my arb bar with epoxy enamel as it was the wrong colour when i got it. turned out great. no primer just a light sand and wipe down whith wax & grease remover.

Did you sort your tacho gremlins out as I have the exact same prob with my 92 HDJ80. Tacho dies with lights on & high beam or if I touch power windows or wipers.

I am thinking of SASing my 93 sr5 DC. My question is does the 4wd button on the transfer case gear stick engage 4wd by means of the transfer case or by simply engaging the front diff(ADD). If it only engaged/disengaged the front diff this would mean that it is in 4wd all the time if it was SASed ...
