didnt think it would really be an issue. i know a guy with 4.9's and a t-case i can get for cheap so that will be the next thing after the locker lol dont think i'd drive it hard enough to flip it

so i've been looking at getting a spartan locker for the back of my sierra, only thing is 2 people i know told me not to put one in the back because it can make the car do a flip when going up a hill or something :shock: is there any truth in this? i cant really see it happening

try checking brake fluid, if its low there is a sensor on some cars that puts park brake light on to warn you. dunno if its on vitaras or not tho

i've been using my sierra as a daily for the last few years. work was only about 12km's away so it wasnt so bad. altho i had to do a few trips to hobart for TAFE (about 300kms each way) and i've never had a problem with it that wasn't my fault. got mk1 gti seats in it for a bit more comfort

yeah rears seem fine, just fronts that dont drop far enough. almost got them all in now, just the last rear corner to go. will post a before and after pic. should be an improvement over standard anyways. looks like about 80mm lift, will give em a good flogging this weekend to settle them in tho :twi...

so i got my OME springs and shocks yesterday and im putting them in 2day. problem is (i think) i've got the spring in but now im putting the shock in it seems 2 short, like it will stop down travell by quiet a bit... is this normal?

i had problems with a flat spot/dying when you accelerated then it would jump to life. ran carby cleaner thru it 2 tanks in a row and its never driven so well. been about 5000 kms since and still going strong

my gti seats were basicly a bolt in. from memory i just had to re-drill a hole a little bit bigger in the rail and in they went. i got mk1 gti seats cos thats all i could get a hold of at the time
