i got dual front shocks on my 89 VIT and there is a strap which seems to stop the suspension over extending? why? there is only about 4-5inches of travel. would it still have std springs which may fall out if over extended?? should i disconect it and find out or will this be a bad idea? i have no ...

my bestop branded one is very trashed not sure how old it is but all the stitching breaks with the slightest bit of pressure and the vinyl is cracked i'd rather a canvas top over a vinyl top anyday a place in sydney imports bestops but want over $600 for them so i'll prob just get the local made one ...

the skyline also has a turbo which acts as a muffler aswell my mate ran his hj75 turbo with just a dump pipe and that sounded wicked for a diesel anyway i'm up for a system for the vit as the exhaust manifold is cracked and the cat rattles so far i'm looking at lukey extractors and old 2.25in AU ...

can anyone post a pic of the gear lever of their 5sp vit while it is in 2nd gear and 4low and also 3rd gear. my levers have been reshaped for a body lift but the body lift has been removed and now the levers are all wrong and can't select 4low with the rubber boot attached and 3rd gear hits the dash ...
