would someone be able to post some pictures of there setup with a standard 40 series power steering box and 60 series pump, only asking because pictures in the bible are all gone and i cant check what i have done wrong

hi thanks for the replys and as far as i know the pulley was the same as standard, and also the hoses should have been the right way into the box cause it was working a treat apart from getting hot

Hi my glow plug controler on my hj47 2H engine has died and i put a manual control button in which in turn has burnt out my glow plugs, wat have others done to overcome this problem, can i fit higher rated glow plugs as these were 6 volt ones

Thanks Skootin not a bad bar, and doesn't seem like anyone else has any haha please people so i can decide on one for mine that offers protection from kangaroos, emu's and the odd cow but still has a decent aproach angle

i have a 2H engine with 31 inch tyres and i rev to 2500 with the 5 speed and can easily get 125 out of it it is reving but not flat out and i have 3.8 ratios

yeah all you can do is sicaflex it up as the windscreen seal doesn't fill in those holes on both sides

Hey this has also happened to me and it was that the booster diaphram was perished and to find out you can either get someone to rev the car and you listen to hear for a leak or easier i found was to either blow into the vaccum line from the alternator and you should here a leak

so you both agree that it isn't worth it so if i just rebuild my front calipers and put new slotted rotors it will help did you upgrade the rear brake system to the handbrake adjusting hzj75

so just to let you all know i have worked out to use 91 surf caliperswith the 42mm pistons as they fit to the 20mm thick rotor as the 80 series 45mm pistons are made to fit a 25mm rotor, these would work but wouldn't be able to use the whole brake pad, i am going to buy the master and booster from a ...

hi i was looking at running these calipers on my hj47 but now you have me wondering about rotors as i was gunna upgrade to 60 series rotors and 80 series calipers but i dont think these would work due to different thicknesses, if you can help it would be much appreciated
