doesnt help but had mine on the scales the other day, 2650kg but has alloy bar with winch, roof cage, draws full of s#@t, rear tyre swing..... i would guess atleast 300 to 400 kg lighter without all that stuff. rego sticker reckons 2960kg, work that one out.

the car will become my daily driver, i currently have 3 car rego's and 2 bike rego's and need to get rid of 1 so i can buy another bike for my wife.

cheers, my brother changed the offset on his 100 series to make em stick out futher (bout -25 to -30) to fit 35's without rubbing, was hoping they were slightly negative.

iv also had gas fitted for about 11 to 12 years, i only just now rebuit the head at 300, 000km on the clock, it still had the original valves in, i didnt check the vavle clerance when i got the car and the vavles ended up not closing all the way and burnt the seats out, i got new stainles steel ...

its a 93mod 1FZ-FE, thanks for your coments, i know how to adjust the timing was just curious about what the setting should be, dont really want to go as far as a dyno tune the pocket is really empty after fixing the head, ill start at 3deg and see how i go.

hi guys, i just got my head fully serviced with all new exhaust valves and seats, its time now to find a happy medium with my timing to suit pet and gas, anyone out there with the same set up who knows what the set there timing at.

nar the head blots were prity tight, the head gasket was slightly distorted may have been a cheap gasket or even possibly overtightend. head is getting checked out skimed and valve clearance redone, ill let you know how it goes.

definantly do a bolt on system, if the car is road regersted (i assume that it is) and is has any value, then welded on side steps can make it fail inspection with the only way to then pass rego is to change your chassy. $$$ not to mention that this can create weak points in your chassy opening ...

The light is actually a "homosexual driver warning" light. If the light went out its prob cause the bulb blew... if this is the case,, the light was only ever on when my brother drove the car, lucky its not a standard option on suzuki's otherwise the light would be a permanent distraction for you.

if you look hard enough for will find a bargain, i picked up my 93 gxl 4.5lt for $6750 the previouse owner had a burnt out valve seat repared at 260k i bought it at 270k and addad an upper cylinder lubricator kit, n have had no trobles since now has 310k+
