Having held both in my hand, I would have thought the Tough Dog shocks would be better than the EFS ones If your just holding them in your hand then a stick would do :finger: :D EFS Elite or something rebuild-able would be best. Superior have just released some new ones. Check their site. [/img]

If your doing 100km/fortnight on the blacktop then all of the above are not going to last you long.
I would consider getting some roadies and some JT2's or ET's for playtime.

Can do 1" no problems. 2" may cost you CV's sooner or later.
Anything above this will cost big $$$.

I'd say go 1" and save the rest for lockers. :D

It is from my experience. Bought my 105 standard and added winch and steel bar and it was already slow on road with splits. Then added 285's A/T's and 2" lift which slowed it considerably. Tried 35's on at the time and found that they hit the front mudguards and limited flex so stuck with 285's ...

The VX and Saharas where not sold in Australia with a turbo diesel and live axle combo, that's for sure. I don't think the VX was sold here at all in the 105's.

Simple answer is don't run 35"s. Running 33" muds will already suck enough power out of a N/A 1HZ unless you turbo.

Yeah sure. I think you would have trouble fitting 5 bikes on a trailer let alone on the drawbar, even if a couple are kids bikes.

Why not build something along these lines?
