I had the same problem on a few weeks back with my 105. I could not get the RDA shoes to adjust up or operate normally. Pin diameter was wrong, and all other dimensions were too different for the handbrake to function properly. Returned them to the brake place and he gave me a set of rebonded ones ...

I am new to Outers, so not sure if you have a petrol of diesel 80, but I just fitted one of these water/air units to my 100 series 1HZ and have been extremely impressed. Had to make a few mods to fit the 100, but they bolt on to the 80 diesel OOTB. Cost was under a $1000, so no GST was applciable ...
