When my partner had her dog grommimg business and the hydro bath need a bit of repair inside the bath where she use to put in an insert in to wash small dogs it wore away the fibreglass till it was a clear color. ok here is my 2 cents worth about your situation. speaking from first hand experience when my other half use to do it. our grooming trailer that we had was about the size of a small horse float. it weighed in around the 700-750kg mark. the trailer had no breaks. the misses towed this trailer for 3-4 ...

also there are some square drive ratchet spanners that are used for air conditioning but the do fit the head of a tap nicely. mr snap off sells them.

what sort of fan does the car have for the engine. are there any thermo fans on the condensor. if there are not you could fit a thermo fan to the condensor to bring down the pressure in the high side therefore aiding in the cooling process

suggestions needed for a remote central locking system for my 91 model 80 series. doesn't have to come with alarm or imobiliser. did see a system that was for a motorbike but was more of immobiliser but i think you could fit central locking to it.
