have a look on your id plate there will be a number on the bottom left hh or hg with two numbers after it, if you tell us them we will be able too give you a better idea what too run

i ran one of these on my gq shorty for a long time with 35s & never had a problem you can switch it back to standard tyres if you like as well.

i doubt it s head valve problem, it never blows smoke besides on cold start when it misses which is unburnt diesel, it doesnt use oil or coolant and not one little oil leak anywhere ill check the glow plugs this w/e i put some injector clean threw it & it has almost stopped the problem keep up the ...

no i havent got it sorted yet its still doing it, ill check for the guaze again & change the main filter, ill see how it goes might get the injectors done

i had the same problem with my locker, i tested the solinoid on the diff and it worked fine, so i pulled out the diff centre and the engagement gear had worn ou the two teeth, so i just got another one or you could get it welded, hope that helps

im currently having the same issue it is only staying seal for a couple of days, then it will start leaking again.
i have even tried not pushing the seal all the way in so it sits out of the wear mark on the axle but still no succes,
how do you check if your housing is bent???

yes upper arms adjustable lower arms longer 10 or maybe 15 longer brake lines drop boxes or arms (you could get away with castor bushes and arm spaces) steerong dampener gearbox spacers 10mm or 12mm then just play with the upper arms till your happy with the tailshaft but every shorty is different ...

hey guys,
i did a gearbox swap last week as my old one need retiring. now my speedo wont work i check the sensor and and drive gear which seem fine

any ideas??

how do you test the wiring from the plug up too the dash??

i think you should keep your 3" as 5" is getting very high for a shorty, i ran a 3in in my shorty and think it s too high in some situation s i m running 35" and it very rarely get hung up on somethimg
